Paper submission process will be managed through EDAS system. All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore and indexed by SCOPUS and ISI WoS for full consideration of publication (with conference record #56288). ISTT2022 will be hosting a series of tutorials presented by knowledgeable speakers. Proposals are invited for half- or full-day tutorials on new and emerging topics within the scope of communications & networking. Proposals should be submitted in a PDF file.
